I know the IRS and the US Postal Service probably don't have a lot to do with each other. Government agency interoperability isn't something I have a lot of faith in (particularly when much, much smaller organizations can't even pull it off). But on principal: if I'm sending in my taxes, why would the USPS return my letter, claiming I was 17 cents short on postage?

Whatever, government.
