A weird series of days

I've been putting many of my photographs over the course of the spring and summer on my Google Photos page. (Un)fortunately, this means that the Facebook generation cannot find them. Shucks.

In the event that folks stumble across here and want to view my more photographic exploits (as opposed to my more verbose ones), I'll dedicate an entry to my "favorite photos of the summer." Halfway because I'm liking my camera more and more. And the rest because it is 1:17AM, Monday morning, and I cannot sleep for the life of me.

Last summer, I wasn't able to get out biking enough to be in good enough shape to make it up to the Wolverine Peak trailhead. This summer I did.

This summer was probably the best I've been around for as far as frisbee is concerned. Sure, the weather was terrible. But I think we had fun.

Erik's moving down to Seattle. I don't think I can take credit for taking this photo. Regardless, I like it quite a bit.

There's a lot of weird stuff in Alaska. Most of it is pretty easy to find.

I have a lot of photos of folks that I don't know very well. And some of those folks I've got to know better. Again, can't take credit for this one.

This summer was also one of the worst on record as far as weather goes. Oh well. We had some good days.

Finally, looking over some of my photos, this appears to be the summer in which I was most photographed sweating profusely on a mountain top. Sweat-slick computer programmer fetishists, enjoy?

I don't feel as if the summer is really over. But it's getting there. So I guess that's all for now.
